Camps and GraduationT Saturday, February 2, 2008
Started the year with East View sec camp. Somehow ,I havent got the photo so didnt upload. The camp was great at St John Island, my first time there. Met many new instructors and mirrored Jaclyn and Jolene.
Quite lucky to have a natural best camper in the team. Man, I blogged this like 1 month already so I cannot remember details but I do recall of the logistic room, it was a prison cell and safari bed were there ,there was like a drawing of soldier there as well, kinda scary especially in the room in the dark.
Anyway, last week went to Jbac as well, all thanks to Patrick ,he called me at like 12 when I'm in school, then I just straight went to Jbac with him with no washing up stuff, so imagine not bathing and not brushing teeth for more than 24hours and proceed to KFC to eat the next day as well. But still it was fun.
Last camp queenstown sec, got to be runer for the 2 days and spend the night at Andrew place before camp cause have to do stuf. I realise being runner can learn alot, is like the planning of tents and many things that should be prepared beforehand, because we fail to do that,so we were not that organize at first but since its my first time ,so I will learn frm it.
The student were kinda noisy ,teachers were like my best friend asking me so many stuff, dogs came in, totally lost in doing the campfire preparation which luckily patrick came back in time to help me with it.
And of course I have 3 good friend who are the school most pai kia student but somehow, can talk to them and it was easy. And seeing the way one of them spoke to be during campfire, I can sense he wants to change but just if he will put what he say/think into action which I hope he will.
End of the day, left after campfire. Sad, coz I felt the class I kinda help class 2G a n/t are really nice people but just need to feel more confidnet and shine. I really wish this class the best and hope they will succeed in life. :P
