My best Camp So far Saint Anothony Canossian CAMP CORRIT Wednesday, February 27, 2008
20-22th Feb 2008 Reach SAC at close to 7.30 I think. Along the way to the canteen, saw many of the sec4 leaders who remembered me and Jeremy and the feeling was great having former campers around and to know that they remember you. WOOT WOOT
Then, we were introduced to the schol and Yeah, I forget the reception you girls gave me when Veron introduce me to class 2/5. Oh yea, I have ah lian sec4 leader in the team in Sarah aka Sarah Lian ,there were also Melissa Samatha, Sarah Decent and Maria.
After ice-breaker and stuff, somehow started to get the girls going and I guess by starting my ultimate panic clap is great because it made everyone deaf. The girls were really so hyper and waving to any passing vehicle aboard the bus. Some point in the bus, the first person I thought was a bimbo was Amanda but in the end, she was one of the most gung ho girl who get muddy and climb the high elements first and of course she became one of the girl that I always tease as well.
And next, Jamie,one of the motor of the class cried the moment Veron was briefing about what to expect like high element. Ironic, first time a camper cry in the MPH and not in the CRC area.The camp was relatively quite noisy through JBac, I mean that what you expect from a girls school with their screeching voice.
In terms of activity,I'm really glad that all of the girls went up either the zipline,absail or CRC. And of course, for CRC, I will remember Marilyn for trying the most and go for a 2nd try on the challenge pole which she succeed. As for nature rumble, it was done quite well too and the entertainment for that was seeing Janice screaming cause of the worm except that we had lunch then kayaking after that which was quite crap. Shitty schedule.
As for kidnap, only issue that arise was Shirilyn falling down and bled. She became famous among instructors suddenly if you ever see her while she was being attended by the first aider, you will know what I mean but you are brave girl, take care of your knee.
Of course not everything went well like I made the girls did the Buddha Clap for simply moving too slow , it was actually the only hindrance the class had if not,its pURRRRfeccct.
To the program that I am super proud of and that is campfire, the whole performance was done by them the cheers lead by them, it was just about them. It show how good are they and of course they used XiShuaShua which is my forte song as well and Aveline leading the cheer
I will remember your campfire performance, the initiative mindset you had, the time you spitted the orange seeds while having fun during guarding of the rubbish bin, the different series of event that happen to all of you, the great student leaders I had and the tears that trickle down and lastly will be class 2.5
I was really touched when even on 3rd day, some of you cried and even on bus, for all this really shows the bond I had with all of you. I wish each and every single one of you good luck in life and cherish the moment you have with one another for 2.5 is a class you will miss after graduation. Thanks for giving me the best ever camp and giving me all this great memories :)
