My first week of NS lifeT Wednesday, June 18, 2008
Ok by right, I should walk out this friday but was given MC yesterday and was allowed home and must walk in back to camp tonight at 9pm.
The first few days were quite boring, beside the morning PT, we were slacking thoughout due to doing administration stuff which can take the whole afternoon. I guess system could be faster but probably they just wanna test our patience or they aint too bother about improving the system, so basically was sitting in the hall or drill shed until my butt hurt big time.
So a typical day would be waking up at about 5am and get ready for water parade at 5.45am and then fall in at 6.30am for morning PT which usually last a minimum of 1 hour and 15minutes, it can be longer though before going for our breadfast then we had our footdrill training all the way till lunch time. So normally from lunch till like 3pm,there will be no training so we will be resting in our own bunk or having short nap on the floor since we are not allowed to be on our bed from 6am - 7pm. Then we had either drills, PT or stuff to improve our fitness before going for dinner. Then after dinner is slack time again until8pm where we had our water parade before doing whatever we want until 10.30 pm and that is when the lights will be out.
I guess my squad is quite fun and my bunkmate are crappy. haha, we crap day in and out and wasting our time, countdown to walk out. I guess the worse part is over which is staying in over saturday and sunday. The senior poked fun at us last friday while doing their jogging, they shouted " 1,2,3,4 LEFT RIGHT LEFT, 4,3,2,1 HOME SWEET HOME" . And I guess this is what we will do when the next month intake comes in, probably gonna see some friends coming in as well and yea, waiting for POP as well and let me post to NPC. :)
Anyway, going to walk in at 9pm tonight ,friday going to walk out agian till sunday. Cannot wait for that, as each day pass, means its nearer to the end :P
