First Post of the year :PT Saturday, January 10, 2009
Basically had quite a nice new year so far. Nothing much happening though.
Started the year at home with Cyril ,Jeremy,Kelvin,Xiao Wei and Leisha. Basically just playing board games and mahjong. And had a great view of a firework display right outside of my place. Getting the video from Xiao Wei Soon :).
Following that, went to Sueanne place for her birthday and meeting up with Poly mates like JunGuang,Fel,Sherline, Shaun and Mel for sure. Drank Cordone bleu. Its indeed good alcohol. :P
Met up Yun Ru for IP Man, its very nice show and yea, my first movie of the year:P. The fighting style was simple awesome so smooth unlike the usual aggression you see in fights. Anyway, it was our first meet up after a long time, The last time we met was in 2007 for Harry Potter. Nice seeing her again.
Had PCB for Boon lay sec and was surprise and Happy that Baoyun was doing, someone I know at least. And saw small Zul who was my fellow Ambassadors in RP and Amelia whom I did Dunman High with but I cannot recognise. CampHA getting too big.
The camp was great,the student were fantastic. Hype up and did not give many trouble. Maybe the teachers were abit troublesome but overall it was alright.This year,the blend of experience and inexperience is like 3 is to 13 for my side , and for other camps could have been 1 is to 10 and so on. Therefore, new instructor was unable to really see how our culture is and therefore, overall, we were unable to maximise the camp to the highest level.
I believe if we have the right blend, BLSS would have see a very very HYPE up camp. Anyway, had to conduct dry-rafting for the 2nd day. Campfire was nice but could have been better like I said earlier.
I do miss camp, aint sure when will I be able to do camps again. Break camp yesterday and kinda miss the school after that for the student were really fun. :)
